School hours are 8:10 to 2:50.

Students should not arrive at the school before 7:30 A. M.
Before 8:10, they should report directly to the cafeteria and remain there until the bell rings at 7:55.

During the school year, in the event of a school closure, the maroon day/blue day rotation will not change. For example, if school closed on a Monday, and it was supposed to be a maroon day, Tuesday will become the maroon day. We will continue to alternate blue and maroon from that point on.

PWC Community EXPO May 21 11 am-4 pm Pfitzner Stadium Complex FREE
It is that time of year for gearing up for all of the important end of the year testing, events/activities, and for preparing families for the upcoming summer vacation. The public is invited to participate in sport, dance, fitness, fun, and physical challenges at the fifth  PWC Community Expo set for Saturday, May 21, from 11 a.m.–4 p.m. at the Pfitzner Stadium Complex. The event will include activities for all ages, such as a petting zoo, mascot dance off, BMX demonstrations, on-stage performances, prizes, food vendors, a rock climbing wall, reptile demonstrations, nutrition education, and physical education activities.  Check out the flyer here.

The PWC Community Expo is coordinated by Prince William County Public Schools, Prince William County Healthy Communities Healthy Youth Council, PWC Parks and Recreation, and SPARK, the Education Foundation for PWCS.

Battlefield Academic Camps - Registration Now Open!
Have fun, while gaining knowledge in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math), at the Battlefield Summer Academic Camps. Battlefield’s ILITE Robotics members, along with the Battlefield IT staff, will host a wide range of camps for students of all ages during June and July.  Click here for information and registration.

Summer Art Enrichment Program Applications
Summer Art Enrichment applications are available outside of Art Room 1421 and online at  Applications are accepted on a first-come basis and there is no wait list.  If interested, please submit applications as soon as possible.


Office 365 for Students
All students have activated their Microsoft Office 365 accounts.  Students have access to email as well as online versions of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, and OneNote which they can utilize at school or at home.  In addition, students have 5 licenses to download MS Office 2013 on their home computers, laptops, cell phones, and/or tablets.  For more information regarding Office 365 for students, please click here.
Concussion Training for 2015-16 School Year
Below are the dates for the face-to-face concussion trainings for the 2015-2016 school year.  They will each begin at 6:30 PM.

September 1, November 5, January 12, and March 15

Parents and students who have already attended a face-to-face training may take this year's mandatory concussion training onlineclick here for the online training.  Rising 6th grade and 9th grade students and students new to Prince William County Public Schools are not eligible for the Online Training.  Fall tryouts begin 9-2-15 from 2:45 to 4:45 PM.  Please see your child's sport of choice school fusion site for more information.
Updated Activity Bus Schedule
Click here to see the Activity Bus schedule.  The buses leave Marsteller at 5:00.  Arrival time at the various stops may vary according to student load, and the schedule is subject to change.
