For health-related lessons you can check out the CDC.gov for information on drug, alcohol and tobacco abuse, nutrition, and mental health.

Games and sports that we covered. YouTube has some good coaches and teachers that has posted different types of games that you can find on there. With social distancing; try and be creative and see if you can make up or modify games yourself.

Fitness

I’ve talked about this a few times. You don’t have to leave your home to do some fitness stuff.

If you have a home with steps:

      Walk the steps normally; if that to easy try stepping every other step.

      You can do pushups and look up ways to modify them for you.

      Normal sit ups and modify them.

      Planks normal and side planks.

      Lunges normal, step backs and sideways.

      Don’t throw away those milk jugs, you can use them as weights.

          Arm curls and bicep extensions. The jugs can be filled up at different levels for you.

Exercise and Mental Health

Exercise releases endorphins which create feelings of happiness. Studies have shown that exercise can even alleviate symptoms among the clinically.
