Team Selection

Congratulations to the following girls for making the 2022 Softball team. Thank you to all the athletes who came out and I ask that you continue to play and come out again next year.

8th Grade

  • Samantha Bartoli
  • Allison Day
  • Ashley Hendrickson
  • Carly Kendrick

7th Grade

  • Lillian Hanner
  • Riley Whitaker

6th Grade

  • Layla Allen
  • Annabelle Armstrong
  • Jessica Day
  • Avery Munson
  • AP Stegall
  • Gabriella Stachelski
  • Cheyanne Tannheiser

Potential players should start throwing and catching, swinging a bat, and conditioning to be prepared for the upcoming season.

  • Warm clothes as it will be chilly for try-outs
  • Positive attitude
  • Glove and Cleats (no metal), if you have them

I will be looking for the top 14 middle school girls to fill our roster. Students should be at try-outs all three days and give their very best. I will be looking at fielding, throwing (accuracy and strength), hitting, and overall softball ability and knowledge.

Understand that we pitch from 43 feet and bases are 60 feet. There are no guaranteed spots for each grade level. Sixth, seventh, and eighth graders will all compete for the 14 spots. Finally, if we have bad weather we will make adjustments to try-outs as needed and we will do a day for pitchers and catchers.

Any questions please let me know and thank you for allowing your daughter to try-out for our team. I am looking forward to a successful season.
